When i called, Denise was very understanding, and she set up an appointment for me that accommodated my insane work schedule. Also, Denis who came to my home for the repairs did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. To my surprise, it was actually a pleasure to deal with them because they are great people.

The first time, they came for a septic pump out. They came on time, had difficulty with the lid, but completed the job by coming back with a different truck equipped with needed tools. Very professional and responsible. They even bought grass seed and hay to cover sections of the lawn they drove on with the second truck. I was very impressed. Denise, who sets up scheduling, and Dennis, who is the expert, were both great - very friendly and professional. The second time, they came back to repair the lid that caused the problem the first time. Denise worked to meet my scheduling demands and completed the job the very next day. They dug through over 100 feet of backyard covered with 2 feet of snow to repair the septic lid. Not a word of complaint, smiling the whole time, very courteous, and finished the job in under 2 hours. Very, very happy with the entire team. Thank you!
